Careers — Client Service Representative


Full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday in Torrance, CA location

This position is primarily responsible for handling inbound customer calls, troubleshoots inquiries and follows-up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately.

Additional duties to include contacting client with test results, provide specimen requirements, clarify test orders; all outbound calls to clients in accordance with policies and procedures.

The candidate must be proficient in computer skills, telephone etiquette, and have demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 

Education: Two year college degree preferred in a Health Science, minimum requirement of a High School Diploma
Work experience: equivalent with 3+ years of reference laboratory experience.
